I’m a business mentor + a community builder.

A self proclaimed super connector, I believe in community over competition, supporting one another in order to grow + that you truly need community to build the business of your dreams.

I’ve used my passion in relationship building, coupled with my years of experience in business development + business strategy, to not only grow multi-million dollar corporate businesses but to grow my very own business + create communities of like-minded individuals supporting each other along the way. 

In 2020, I created my signature program, The Digital Business Builder, to help support entrepreneurs in going digital with their businesses, something that was needed at the time due to the pandemic. It’s become a program that I am both obsessed with + really proud of. DBBA is a 90-day mastermind program helping entrepreneurs to build + grow their online businesses by being in community, together, so they don’t have to go at it alone.

I'm a personal trainer and business coach. I help frustrated and focused fitness professionals have more freedom and income by launching their dream digital offer in 90 days with my signature course, 1FITBIZ.

After working as a burnt out personal trainer in the corporate gym world for 8 years, I took the leap into entrepreneurship and never looked back. 4 years later, training my clients privately, I found myself still experiencing that typical burnout many trainers share.

In 2019, I created a high ticket digital course to create more freedom in my schedule and add another source of revenue to my pocket while changing lives.

Along the way, mentoring other burnt out coaches became something I not only excelled at, but I truly loved. I now am the proud founder of 1FITBIZ, guiding fit pros and wellness professionals through 12 weeks of mindset, strategy, sales and launch; allowing them to create their dream digital course & business minus the burnout
