INTRODUCING
Anchored Coaching Certification Program
Throughout Anchored, not only will you learn the modalities and tools for creating lasting transformation with your clients, but you'll also apply them to your own life as we go and transform yourself through the process!
Anchoring you, to you, so you can help others anchor to themselves.
Once you complete your 120-hour certification requirements, you'll walk away with SIX different certifications and you'll be board accredited as a certified:
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner
As a certified NLP Practitioner, you will be able to use the language of the subconscious mind to facilitate the fastest and highest level of change for yourself and your clients.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner
As a certified EFT practitioner, you will be able to teach your clients how to release limiting beliefs and negative emotions as well as how to balance their energy system for positive change.
TIME Techniques Practitioner
As a certified TIME Techniques Practitioner, you will be able to guide clients on a subconscious timeline adventure to discover root causes, eliminate negative emotions and limiting beliefs so that you can release, heal and begin to live from an empowered state.
Clinical Hypnotherapist
As a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, you will be able to install new, empowering, positive beliefs and behaviors for your clients so that they can make the changes and achieve the goals they desire in their life.
Life Coach
As a certified Life Coach, you will be one of the most qualified and impactful coaches, working with the conscious mind, and helping clients to achieve goals.
Success Coach
As a certified Success Coach, you will be creating a space for your clients to expand and guiding your clients to success based on the principles of NLP and coaching.
How the Anchored Coaching Certification Programs works
This robust certification program is 100% completed online and is comprised of 5 parts:
- An online learning portal with your pre-study modules
- Live training calls via Zoom January - June
- A 3-day graduation weekend via Zoom in June
- Integration during the summer months
- Post grad support in the fall
ONLINE LEARNING PORTAL
Once you enroll, you will receive access to your online self-paced pre-study modules, trainings, videos and membership portal so that you can start diving into the content. As part of your certification hours requirement, it is required to complete and watch all the content inside of your learning portal to set you up for success during our live calls.
LIVE TRAINING CALLS
Once your cohort begins and officially kicks off, we will meet weekly via Zoom from January through June where you'll have time to dive deeper into the content inside of your learning portal, and practice the modalities/tools with each other. Each live training call will be focused on specific modules inside of your online portal. The expectation will be that you've watched these modules prior to our live training call.
Throughout our time together, there will also be integration weeks sprinkled in where we will not meet that week as a group and instead, you have time on your own to continue practicing these modalities and tools.
In addition to live training calls, there will also be open office hours calls throughout the month to ask any clarifying questions, to dive deeper on a specific topic, to continue practicing modalities, etc.
There will also be one business coaching call per month. Not only will you learn the subconscious changework tools that create the fastest and highest level of change for your clients, you'll be able to explore how these play a role in your business. Business coaching calls are your time to ask any business related questions such as marketing, social media, offers, pricing, etc.
GRADUATION WEEKEND
A live, experiential and immersive weekend Friday, June 7th 2024 - Sunday, June 9th 2024 via Zoom to deepen your understanding of the modalities and tools you're learning, to come together as a community to facilitate new learnings for each other and to radically transform yourself.
SUMMER OF INTEGRATION
After graduation in June, we'll take the summer months (July and August) off for integration.
POST GRAD SUPPORT
Your post-grad support will begin in September. There will be up to 2 calls a month on the calendar from September through November to continue supporting you with your continued development, growth, learning and success as a certified practitioner ... something I wish I had after my practitioner training!

And this is my pup, Sammy.
Prior to enrolling in my NLP Practitioner Training, I was feeling so burnt out from my business. Something needed to change, and it wasn't learning a new business strategy. I had joined so many courses, programs and masterminds as well as worked with so many coaches ... trying to find the secret sauce, the key that unlocked all of the secret strategies that I didn't know yet in order to grow my business. Kaila is a Trauma Informed Trainer of NLP, EFT, Hypnosis, T.I.M.E Techniques and loves helping others create a deeper sense of wholeness in their life through subconscious reprogramming. Kaila and Julie met through a mastermind and then reconnected later during their Master Practitioner Certification Program and completed Trainer’a Training together as well.
