A calendar invite has been sent to you with the details of our session which will be held virtually via Zoom. Please check your junk, promotions and spam folders. Please email me at [email protected] if you cannot locate it.

 

To prepare for your session, have something to cover your eyes, and have a flat place to lay with limited distractions. You may want a blanket or a pillow in case you get cold or need comfort. Avoid eating 1 hour prior to session.
