RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LISTENING:

Listen to your HypnoBreathwork audio at least 2 times a week for 2 weeks.

Then listen to your hypnosis audio at least 3 times a week for 2 weeks.

You will need to listen to both of these audios in a quiet space free of distractions where you can close your eyes, relax and receive.

After 4 weeks, alternate between which audio is feeling called to you.

Listen to your subliminal audio at least 3 times per week for continued subconscious reprogramming. You can have this audio playing in the background while you work, walk, read a book, meditate etc. You do not have to close your eyes and listen. You'll hear meditative music and the embedded affirmations will sound like whispers in the background. The audio is 60 min in length however listening for at least 15-20 minutes is enough ;)
