Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation in which you have heightened focus and concentration. Hypnosis may feel like going into a deep meditation or light sleep and you're always in control. The goal is to relax your over analyzing, over thinking, conscious mind so that we can work with your subconscious mind where your beliefs are stored. Subliminal audios are positive affirmation messages that are embedded within a song or soft music, played at a non-audible level so that they sound like whispers and are only perceived by your subconscious mind. Your conscious mind only hears the song or music whereas your subconscious mind is able to hear the underlying messages underneath the music or sound. Your subconscious then records everything that's said, and makes plans to implement new ideas for a better reality.

Each self hypnosis recording begins with a technique called progressive relaxation. Relaxing music is included, along with some pleasant imagery to bring about a deeply relaxed state of body and mind. This whole process is called the “hypnotic induction”. This style of self hypnosis is hypnosis at its best and most pleasant, for it produces wonderful feelings of relaxation coupled with an alertness of concentration that has to be felt to be believed. Once you reach the therapeutic stage of a self hypnosis audio recording, you will feel comfortable enough to go on a journey of imagery and positive suggestion. It is during this part of a self hypnosis session where the “change work” can really begin. There are no magic words or spells, because that is not how hypnosis works. Instead, I use a range of advanced hypnotherapy techniques, which vary, depending upon the particular recording(s) you have chosen. Each self hypnosis MP3 is carefully constructed to achieve the best possible results for you. All you need to do, is to relax and enjoy the process.

With each subliminal audio, you'll mainly hear the meditative music and will just barely hear the positive affirmations embedded in the background, if at all (they sound like whispers). You don't need to be able to consciously hear the affirmations ... your conscious mind will focus on listening to the music while your subconscious mind will focus on listening to the affirmations. You also don't have to necessarily find time to rest, relax, close your eyes and listen to your subliminal audio like a hypnosis audio - the best part is that you can have this playing in the background while doing things around the house, walking, working, reading etc.
