RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LISTENING:
Listen to your HypnoBreathwork audio at least 2 times a week for 4 weeks.
Then listen to your hypnosis audio at least 3 times a week for 4 weeks.
You will need to listen to both of these audios in a quiet space free of distractions where you can close your eyes, relax and receive.
After 8 weeks, alternate between which audio is feeling called to you.
Listen to your subliminal audio at least 3 times per week for continued subconscious reprogramming. You can have this audio playing in the background while you work, walk, read a book, meditate etc. You do not have to close your eyes and listen. You'll hear meditative music and the embedded affirmations will sound like whispers in the background.
